Compare sessions and share what you found
Put sessions in a journey
Comparisons work on sessions in the same journey. Pick the journey when you upload.
Compare two sessions
On the journey page, select two sessions with an Effort Score and choose Compare selected.
Compare groups
Give sessions a participant with cohorts (such as first-time and returning) or a variant (such as A and B). The journey page then compares the groups. With fewer than 5 scored sessions in either group, it tells you there are too few sessions to call the result.
Compare journeys
A goal's page ranks its journeys by median Effort Score, so you can see which way to reach the goal takes the least effort.
Save a finding
From a journey or goal comparison, Save as finding keeps the result with its numbers. Findings lists them and says whether each one still holds.
Share a report
In a report, choose Share, pick how long the link lasts (1, 7 or 30 days), and create it. Copy it right away: you can't see it again later, but you can revoke it from the same box. Anyone who opens it sees the whole report, the recording and its transcript, so share it only with people who may see them. During the private preview, a link may open only for people with an invited account; the Share box tells you which applies.

A report's menu exports its measures as CSV or JSON.
